The Molenbeemd is an important natural area on the border between Riemst and Bilzen.
A variety of boardwalks, forest trails and a pleasant bench under an oak tree make the Molenbeemd an attractive walking area. It is crossed by the Castle Walk between the Genoels-Elderen Wine Castle and Alden Biesen, as well as by the long-distance hiking trail Streek-GR Haspengouw.
On the edge of the Molenbeemd, you can also visit the Goat Farm of José Noelmans.
